Gavel Club is a student-led public speaking and leadership program that helps members build confidence, communication skills, and real-world presentation experience.
Through weekly meetings students practice speeches, take on leadership roles, and learn how to express their ideas clearly in a supportive environment.

As part of the U+ Gavel Club experience, members have the opportunity to participate in our Quarterly Speech Contest held during the last class of the term. Students put their public-speaking skills into action by preparing and delivering a speech in front of an audience, building confidence and celebrating their progress!
