Thadseja is a creative Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in communication, photography/videography and organization. As a Psychology and Neuroscience student, she brings her knowledge into the work she produces for U+ to enhance customer engagement. Her involvement in driving business growth displays her creativity, dedication and reliability.
At U+, Thadseja often films promotional and recap videos, and is our go-to photographer for our events and programs. Her work is often displayed on our social medias across the U+ accounts. She ensures our events are promoted to the public in an engaging and unique way, to captivate the audience on the other side of the screen. She works alongside many members of U+ to hear their ideas and implement them into creative media.

As a Logistics Coordinator at U+, Molly supports the planning and execution of camp programs by managing schedules, supplies, and daily operations. She works both in the office and on-site to ensure camps run smoothly, and during sessions she actively works with children—helping lead activities, support campers, and maintain a safe, engaging environment.

In addition to his web responsibilities, he serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for Data Analysts, supporting the team in their data-focused projects.
Beyond his professional roles, Sanjay has a strong enthusiasm for Mathematics, particularly Calculus. He enjoys delving into mathematical theory and problem-solving. Outside of work and study, he maintains an active lifestyle, with swimming, badminton, and tennis being his favorite hobbies.
