Full Refund: If no sessions have been used, you are eligible for a full refund of your membership

Partial Refund: If any sessions have been used, you may receive a partial refund, with a $50 processing fee. The refund will be prorated for any unused sessions

Membership Transfer (Virtual to In-Person and vice versa): If you wish to transfer from a virtual to an in-person membership, a $50 processing fee will apply

Membership Transfer (Virtual to Virtual and In-Person to In-Person): If you wish to transfer from one virtual time-slot to another virtual time-slot, or from one in-person session to another in-person session, a $50 processing fee will apply
