Refund and Transfer Policy

Any remaining sessions from last season can be used up before switching to a new membership

If no sessions have been used, the membership is entirely refundable

If the program has started, refundable (prorated) with a $50 processing fee

If you want to transfer sessions from virtual to in-person or vice versa, they are transferable with a $50 processing fee
